Resolved
One of our database faced an error causing it to restart. The restart took a total of 5 minutes (11:0 3- 11:08 CEST) during which the mobile app and the web portal were inaccessible.

All ongoing video calls did not face any disruptions but new calls and chat messages could not be sent during this time.

We have conducted a root cause analysis and are working on steps to prevent such downtime from occurring in the future.
