Elevated load on chat server

Our internal monitoring reported high load on the chat server and we started receiving reports that chat was slow. We found the root cause and solved the problem within 30 minutes.

This incident is directly related to the incident of 16 March caused by the immense load of new therapists coming in during the covid-19 outbreak.
